About County Line Angus

James is a sixth-generation farmer with a passion for agriculture and caring for the land. He first met Paige in second grade on the school bus, and the two remained friends throughout their school years. Although life took them in different directions after high school, they stayed connected through the same group of friends.

When Paige returned home from city life for a few months in 2016, their friendship quickly grew into something more. They were married in the fall of 2017 and have since been blessed with three energetic boys who are growing up with a love for farm life.

James continues to farm alongside his dad at Dutter Farms, raising cattle and growing crops. In 2019, James and Paige purchased their first beef calves, and County Line Angus was born.

While James focuses on the daily work of raising quality cattle, Paige brings her background as a social worker and her passion for clean, nourishing products. Using nutrient-rich beef suet, she handcrafts their line of tallow-based products, creating a meaningful connection between the animals they raise and the natural skincare products they proudly offer.
